Returns Policy


  • To return goods, you must always submit a request for your return. You can do this via the returns page. Make sure you fill in all fields and provide a clear reason for return. If we do not receive a request or complete request before the start of the return, the return cannot be processed. You must wait for our approval of the return before you return the goods. After approval, you will receive a confirmation of the return and a return label from us.

  • Returned items will only be refunded if they are registered within the 14-day period, sent back to us within 14 days of return approval and received in good condition, with the exception of products that are eligible for warranty. When registering your return, please make sure to provide a full reason for returning your order.
  • The returned item must be returned completely complete and in the original packaging. This also includes all enclosed documentation, warranty cards and packaging materials. The returned item must be undamaged and unused (in original condition and undamaged packaging). We reserve the right to inspect returned items. If the product is not in its original condition or packaging, or shows signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and functioning, we reserve the right to charge for a reduction in value or to refuse the return.
  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or custom specifications unless there is a defect. Please see our product descriptions for information on exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
  • Returns may take up to 14 days to process after receiving the returned products. In case of questions regarding the status of a return, the customer can contact our customer service. We will not be responsible for returns sent without prior return request or without proof of shipment.
  • The return shipment must be packed in a sturdy shipping box. It is not allowed to stick the label directly on the packaging of the article or to return a product without it being packed in a shipping box. Returns are sent at the expense of the buyer via DHL Netherlands, which includes track and trace. The buyer must keep this proof of return shipment and be able to show it if necessary. Mcubes is not liable for loss or damage to returns during transport. We recommend considering insured shipping for high value returns. Customers should contact us to discuss this option.
  • In case of a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered article, you should always send an email to info@mcubes.nl in advance with an explanation and photos and/or videos. If this does not happen, we cannot accept the products back as defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
  • In the event that a shipment or order is incomplete, this must be stated immediately upon receipt and clearly in the return notification or via an e-mail to info@mcubes.nl. If this is not the case, the return will be considered incomplete.
  • Products may only be tested, not used. Do you have a defective item? Then read carefully whether you are eligible for warranty . Defects or faults due to your own actions or improper use will not be taken back.
  • Returns are always at the expense and risk of the customer, with the exception of errors made by Mcubes. Mcubes is not liable for any consequential damage, loss or costs that arise from the customer's failure to comply with the return conditions. Do you want to return by registered or insured mail? Then you must let us know in your return notification in the input field 'return reason', for which additional costs will be charged.
  • Mcubes may, if the customer does not act in accordance with the return conditions, general conditions or warranty conditions, charge for depreciation due to defects in the product or refuse the return. If the return does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to charge additional costs resulting from processing the return.
  • In case of disputes about returns or refunds, we strive to resolve these in consultation. If this is not possible, our general terms and conditions apply.
